ABOUT THE POSITION At Virtuos, we harness the latest technologies to make games better and more immersive than ever before. Responsibilities - Responsible for leading the project, managing the developers, providing technical guidance. Participate in the entire process of daily development management, including requirement analysis, prototype design, development, testing, and launch. - 负责领导项目，管理开发人员，技术指导。参与日常的开发全流程管理，需求分析，原型设计，开发，测试，上线。 - Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. - 负责技术项目的规划、执行和交付管理。 - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules. Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies and solutions. - 制定并维护项目计划、进度。识别项目风险及问题，提出应对策略和解决方案。 - Coordinate between different teams including development, QA, design and external vendors. - 协调各部门团队，包括开发、测试、设计及外部供应商。 - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. - 确保项目交付物符合质量标准和客户需求。 - Continuously improve project management processes and team productivity. - 持续优化项目管理流程，提高团队工作效率。 Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above. Major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. - 全日制本科及以上学历。计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业毕业。 - At least 5 years of experience in participating in software development as a programmer - 至少 5 年作为一个程序员参与软件开发经验 - Have experience in developing with one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python, Vue, Angular. - 拥有 C# ， Java ， Python ， Vue ， Angular 其中一种开发经验。 - At least 5 years of experience in project management or related roles. - 至少 5 年项目管理或相关工作经验。 - At least having a PMP certificate or an ACP certificate. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - 至少拥有 PMP 证书或者 ACP 证书，具备软件开发生命周期及方法论知识（敏捷、 Scrum 、瀑布等）。 - Fluent in English. Be able to communicate with foreign colleagues without any obstacles - 英语流利，能够和外国同事无障碍交流 - Experience in managing cross-functional technical teams and projects. - 有管理跨职能技术团队及项目的经验。
