ABOUT THE POSITION This role leads full-cycle recruiting for Virtuos Xi'an Studio, delivering high-quality candidates across a range of disciplines. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with the HR Manager to understand talent needs, execute sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across Xi'an Studio, from intake to offer close - Work with HR Manager to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies - Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, niche platforms, referrals, industry networks, and other channels - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners - Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Track recruitment data, analyze pipeline health, and provide regular reports to HR Manager - Stay up to date on recruiting trends, sourcing innovations, and competitive landscape - Contribute to employer branding initiatives for Xi'an Studio as needed - Support ad-hoc recruitment projects as assigned Qualifications - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, corporate or in-house preferred - Agency or game industry recruitment experience is a plus - Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) — able to manage recruitment for English-required roles - Strong sourcing skills across active and passive channels - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment - Data-driven mindset; comfortable tracking and presenting recruitment metrics - Bachelor's degree or above About the team • Work at Virtuos Xi’an, one of our fastest growing studios • Experience life in the historic capital of China • Contribute to the world’s biggest AAA gaming titles • Customized training programs and regular workshops • Monthly gaming competitions and other activities • Gaming corners with consoles and a common area • Comprehensive medical healthcare provided for all staff • Relocation support provided • Career and international mobility opportunities with Virtuos Internal Mobility Program People matter.
