Senior Stealth & Combat Designer (Unannounced Project)
This position requires working in hybrid model in our Warsaw office What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis? In this role, you will be responsible for the stealth and combat systems, NPC behaviours, enemy archetypes, encounters and combat spaces, player feedback, and balancing the moment-to-moment related gameplay loop. You'll drive features from concept to final polish, working closely with gameplay and AI programmers, animation, level design, UI/UX, VFX, audio and production, while owning the overall quality, consistency and feel of the stealth/combat experience. What will help you succeed in this role? - 7+ years of professional experience in Combat design, Gameplay Design, Technical Design, AI Design or a related discipline. - Shipped at least two PC or console titles, including one where you owned a significant gameplay feature from concept to release. - Strong experience designing stealth gameplay, combat gameplay or both. - Deep understanding of player agency, gameplay readability, encounter design and moment-to-moment pacing. - Experience designing NPC behaviors, enemy archetypes and AI-driven gameplay systems. - Practical experience working directly in Unreal Engine. - Strong knowledge of Blueprints, Behavior Trees, State Trees or equivalent gameplay scripting solutions. - Hands-on approach to gameplay implementation, not only documentation. - Proven ability to define and drive the long-term vision of complex gameplay systems, ensuring consistency throughout development. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly identify gameplay issues, prototype solutions and iterate based on testing and player feedback. - Strong communication skills: openness to feedback and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. - Highly organized, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of complex features with minimal supervision. - Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints and production realities. - Experience creating concise, actionable gameplay documentation. - Ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex gameplay features. - Communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2 level) Portfolio (required) Please submit a portfolio with examples of: - Combat mechanics you've designed and implemented. - Enemy archetypes, AI behaviours or combat systems you've created. - Hands-on implementation of gameplay features, not only design documentation. - Examples that illustrate your design process, iteration and problem-solving approach. Lead Designer (Unannounced Project)
What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis? - Collaborate with Directors to define gameplay pillars that best realize the game vision, - Collaborate with other domain Leads to develop concrete, actionable solutions for challenges presented by the development process, - Lead a team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback, - Collaborate with other teams to develop key foundational systems, - Providing feedback to the overall gameplay, combat, systems, story and level design. What will help you succeed in this role? - Experience as Lead Designer or Design Director, - 8+ years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems). - Experience with combat design, - Experience and very good skills in managing a design team, - Ability to work in hybrid model in our office in Warsaw, - Experience with working on indie/AA and understand their limitations, capabilities and advantages, - Knowledge of both Polish and English at B2 level or above, - Ability to write good project documentation, - Ability to define technical requirements, - Ability to work within time and project constraints, - Very good communication skills, - Passion about games - you’re still playing in your free time and keep up to date with our industry. Game Director (Unannounced Project)
What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis? This position requires working in hybrid model in our Warsaw office Ownership & Vision - Taking ownership and developing the game direction, - Owning the game's trajectory from first concept & prototypes to market & release, taking full accountability for the delivery of a high-quality, enjoyable & positive player experience with commercial success, - Work with creative leadership and members of the management team to define the game and unify visions, - Delivering guidelines, mandates to the team to design specific gameplay features, - Translating the creative vision into design mechanics, systems and whole player experience, - Ensuring that all elements work together to fulfill the vision, - Manage various creative ideation steps from pitching ideas to rapid prototyping, - Adapting to technical & production constraints and readjusting design direction if needed, - Ensuring strong alignment with the CCO and CPO on the creative and production vision. Production - Reviewing and debating budgets & schedules with the producers, - Working with production team to set the best direction and track the progress during game production, - Supporting best practices through the production process. Senior DevOps Engineer (DevOps Team)
What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis? - Maintenance and improvement of the build system and its performance; - Code compilation and integration; - Optimizing pipelines, processes & automation; - Working closely with the development team to integrate new deployment processes; - Maintaining source control branches; - Providing Perforce support for the team; - Creating and maintaining documentation of the build/release process; - Administration of Perforce (version control system tool); - Ongoing monitoring of build system; - Building, developing, setting up and integrating infrastructure and tools; - Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes; - Analysis of the game’s production process to understand areas where automation can be used to improve pipelines and workflows.
